German-Turkish violinist Ayla Sahin is active as a soloist, chamber musician, and artistic director across Europe and beyond. A prizewinner at major international competitions, she performs regularly at leading venues and festivals including Heidelberger Fruhling, Wigmore Hall, Kings Place etc. Alongside her performing career, she is the co-founder and artistic director of VOLTA Kammermusikfest, an international chamber music festival in Basel dedicated to innovative programming and connecting new audiences with classical music.
